New to using LD8.8 so please forgive me if I use the incorrect terms or am totally off the reservation.
I'll get right to the point. Configured an agent to install with the settings shown in Picture 1. Was told it was best to break up the settings so a new agent was configured like Picture 2.

About 15 test machines were installed with the original agent configuration as shown in Picture 1. Those 15 machines as a result have a high process usage for some of the agent files, particularly SoftMon, as shown in Picture 3.

As I became more familiar with the product we opted to push the new configuration out to a new test group of machines. These new machines saw a drastic reduction in resource usage as shown in Picture 4.

This got me thinking that I should just uninstall the agent (Picture 1) from the original 15 test machines and then install the new configuration, to reduce the resource usage. I decided to test on one machine first. I uninstalled the original agent configuration using the "wscfg32.exe" and rebooted the computer. I then installed the new configuration. However I am not seeing the same results for the memory usage.
How come? I've installed the new configuration on 10 machines and they all run between 3.9mb and 4.4mb, not nearly the 77mb to 80mb that I see from the original configuration.
Any ideas? Am I missing something on the uninstall?
Thanks for the help!
