Struggling with LanDesk Console, Agent deployment on W7

Hey There

Hope you can help.

We've been using LDDiscover for years and this has been fine with Agent install on XP, but we are finally moving over to W7 and the LDDiscover tool

finds the W7 machines but the agent doesn't actually install.

I was attempting to use LanDesk console to update these W7 machines but I can even find the machines even after a Scan.

The scan has picked up some machines in the Unmanaged Devices, but how do I get the Agent installed onto these please?
