We are having an issue on a particular laptop. We noticed it blue screens relatively soon after you plug a network cable into it. Right before the blue screen, the only process we could see running is rcgui.exe. It is on Landesk 8.8 SP3 on Windows XP SP3. When we tried to run an uninstallwinclient.exe /forceclean with no network connection, it began to run and it produced the same blue screen. Seems like it must be an issue with the client. After rebooting, only the LANDesk Management Agent Service is left. How can we remove this service manually and try to get the rest of the agent off this machine? Anyone ever run into this?
