Failed to Build Server Agent Installation Package

Hi All,

I’ve tried to schedule a previously working server agent yesterday and am getting the above error.

There are no disk space issues on the target and Virus Scanning is excluding on the LANDesk Programs File folder, I have even disabled the service and given it a go.

When trying to create a self contained client installation package, it fails with the same error reported in the log: FCIAddFile() failed(LDProfile.exe): code 1 [Failure opening file to be stored in cabinet]Add File [LDProfile.exe] failed!MakeCAB failed

Any ideas on how to resolve?

I’m running 8.8 SP2
