Failed to get the firewall configuration ptr : (80004005)

After installed LANDesk agente 8.8 in a Windows 2003 server, ldiscn32.exe keeps showing error and never sent an inventory to inventory server.

On LANDesk log, It appears " Fri, 30 Jul 2010 13:16:27 Checking if firewall is enabled : ({477B5EC6-2863-49DC-8A5E-9A259AA7734D})
  1680 Service is disabled
  1680 ERROR: Failed to get the firewall configuration ptr : (80004005)
Fri, 30 Jul 2010 13:16:27 Failed to init : (80004005)

One more doubt: how can I read ldiscn32.exe.mdmp?
