Hello,
i have a problem after installing the LanDesk 8.8 SP3 agent on hp notebooks (tested with elitebook 2530p and 6930p).
After manually entering the standby mode, the notebooks automatic "wake up" and resume after approximately 30-60 seconds.
Further informations:
- the error is reproduceable on every hp notebook i've tested
- the error occurs only after installing the landesk agent
- agent configuration does not include any powersave policys
- the error is reproduceable with and without connecting a docking station
- the error is reproduceable with and without connecting an external display
- the error only occurs if a network connections exists. if the network cable is plugged off and the notebook enters standby mode, it doesn't resume automatically!
- the error still occurs after deinstalling the agent with UninstallWinClient.exe and rebooting the machine
