Hey all, we are about to roll out LDMS 9.5 to our labs with have Faronics Deep Freeze on them. I was hoping to do this utilizing UDD but need to get the agents I have created to install to a Thaw Space which is defined as W:. After looking at other posts I see that issuing "set DEST = W:" from a run command would work but that defeats the purpose of using UDD to install the agent with no user intervention.
Although LDMS is running fine on when installed on C: even with Deep Freeze enabled, my Software Monitoring statistics are obviously reverting back to the original image state every night when DeepFreeze resets the system which I why I'm hoping this would solve the issue.
Any assistance or ideas are more than welcome. I even tried the "non-persistant" option for software monitoring recording to a UNC but since the computer name doesn't change on the clients, the file is overwritten every reset.
