I have set the following key in the core server:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\XDD\Filter The XDD key did not exist and I had to create it. I set Filter to 0 to turn off the filter. In my XDD log I still get the message: Client ip address 10.x.x.x is not within the ip address threshold I also attempted to set these in addition to the previous: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\XDD\FilterThreshold1 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\XDD\FilterThreshold2 The first I set a decimal value of 10. The second a value of 75. I have changed these 3 keys around and currently just have the Filter key present set to 0. Yet I still recieve the "FilterOn is True" when the core process the xddfiles. No devices are appearing in the UDD. I currently only have the XDD agent installed on one computer for testing.
